On June 21st and 22nd 2016 all the partners were in Lisbon, Portugal, hosted by the Portuguese partner ISQ. During the meeting the Romanian partner, AGENTIA PENTRU DEZVOLTARE REGIONALASUD-MUNTENIA, as leader of the IO2, presented the Synthesis and Analysis of the Innovation needs/challenges of European SMEs, gathering relevant data previously researched by all the partners, included in a State of the Art report on innovation per country.
The synthesis and analysis focuses on the SMEs’ innovation needs and the barriers they have to overcome to innovate. It identifies the strategies and methodologies, most used by the SMEs in partner countries, to implement innovations within the enterprise, with special emphasis on the innovations in the thematic areas covered by the “Innovation Manager” training areas: Strategic Management, People Management, Knowledge Management, Corporate Social Responsibility and New Technologies. The partner also discussed the way forward for the implementation of the following output, designing a roadmap with all the activities and the work to be done.
