The Final conference of the InCommon project was first scheduled on 27th March 2020 in Santander, Spain. It was planned as a face to face conference with the attendance and participation of partners and stakeholders of the project countries but the Covid-19 outbreak forced to cancel the event.
After a general lockdown in Europe, the partners of the InCommon project rescheduled the conference. As a result a new conference was fixed on 17th July 2020. It was intended as a double event consisted on a Zoom webinar at EU level and National Workshops, one in each project country. The aim was to inform and disseminate about the project, results and findings in the webinar and provide a practical view on the InCommon methodology and toolkit through the National Workshops. National Workshops were adapted at the pandemic situation in each country: Cyprus and Spain chose a webinar following the conference, Austria organised an online meeting and Greece a face to face workshop.
Participation farther exceeded the expectations of the originally planned face to face conference: the total number of viewers was 196 and 93 attended the national workshops
The webinar allowed us to multiply the effect on other platforms. It was also broadcasted on Facebook live and a full record of the session is available on YouTube.
