According to the Cultural Ciizenship Scale the Key Competences developed in the InCommon project are, namely:
- KC 4 Digital Competence
- KC5 Personal, Social and Learning to Learn Competence and KC6 Citizenship Competence
- KC8: Cultural awareness and expression
Adding the training on Leadership for those participants in the last stages of the scale.
This training material package consists of three courses, each of a duration of 35 h. Each course aims at delivering activities that develop the respective competence.
Women will acquire skills that will help them to interact in a digital environment, to be aware of the relations between their own culture and the hosting community, to be able to express themselves and send feedback on cultural activities and, finally to be aware of the importance of learning to learn as a tool for personal development and interaction in the community.
Regarding Leadership, this course gives greater weight to practical learning than to theoretical, and group learning on the individual.
At the end of the course it is expected that women have become more aware of their role in society from the perspective of gender and equal opportunities, be aware of their own intersubjectivity and the type of barriers that limit their personal development, moreover the reinforcement of the competences and resources that help them launch initiatives and create collaborative bonds with other women and / or stakeholders.
In the same way it is proposed as a flexible tool in which the trainer can adapt the type of content or activities according to the characteristics of the group, always keeping the same subjects.
