The “RSC against P&SE” project enters its last phase: testing of the Education and Social Participation Program training, development of the Toolkit for Advocacy, Transfer and Sustainability and celebration of the Final Conference
Last Wednesday, December 13, the fourth online meeting was held with all the partners of the Erasmus+ project “Responsible Smart Citizenship against Poverty and Social Exclusion” aimed at scheduling the final actions. Among the main objectives of the meeting were: to know the development of the tests of the two trainings of the Education and Social Participation Program against P&SE; the delivery of the third financial report; the actions related to the RSC Platform; the next steps in the realization of the Toolkit for Advocacy, Transfer and Sustainability; and the holding of the Final Conference in April of next year.
Two online trainings to promote citizen participation in the fight against poverty and social exclusion
DOCUMENTA, through the Erasmus+ project “Responsible Smart Citizenship against Poverty and Social Exclusion”, is launching two training courses this November with the aim of promoting participatory processes of social inclusion and the fight against poverty. Both training courses are complementary: the first of them is more theoretical and delves into key concepts related to participation; the second is more practical and is aimed at managing participatory methodologies and techniques for the design and implementation of projects that fight poverty and seek social inclusion. Last July, the Spanish National Agency (Associations for Adult Education Cooperation) notified the coordinating organisation of the Erasmus+ project “Responsible Smart Citizenship against Poverty and Social Exclusion”, DOCUMENTA, of the good rating in the evaluation carried out on the occasion of the Interim Report. Furthermore, the results obtained in the development of the Groups of Experts in three of the four partner countries (Italy, Greece and Spain) were also very positive, as were the evaluations of the materials and tools, especially in relation to the Education and Social Participation Program against the P&SE. The third transnational meeting of the Erasmus+ project “Responsible Smart Citizenship against Poverty & Social Exclusion” was held
On September 27 and 28, the third transnational meeting of the Erasmus+ project “RSC against P&SE” took place at the facilities of the CSI organization – Center for Social Innovation – in Nicosia (Cyprus). A encounter marked especially by the new actions to be carried out in this last stage of the project (training, White Paper, Advocacy Toolkit, etc.), as well as the evaluation of the work developed in recent months in the different areas. The meeting was attended by the four partner entities: DOCUMENTA from Spain (project coordinators), ABN Consorzio from Italy, Kethea from Greece and CSI from Cyprus.
