In order to facilitate the performance of volunteers, the project will provide a training course of 10 hours in interculturality. Topics addressed will be diversity management and intercultural relationships, basic knowledge about mediation and conflict resolution, migration and human movements, social groups and their organisation and facilitation techniques. Gender equality perspective will be a transversal topic in all subjects.
To end the session, the attendees have been invited to participate in the intercultural training course that will take place in the coming weeks.
