Held the second meeting of the “INMA – Innovation Management Agent” Project (Erasmus +) in Lisbon on 21st and 22nd of June, with the participation of all partners: DOCUMENTA (Spain), Cankiri Karatekin University and CCSA (Turkey), ISQ (Portugal), ERIFO (Italy) and SMRDA (Romania).
During these two days the different organizations shared the results of the work done during these first eight months of the project and defined activities to be done until next transnational meeting which will take place in Roma in October.
Main result of this first period of the project was the design and development of a research rrport with the analysis of innovation needs and challenges of SMEs in each participating country, and a comparative European synthesis report with data from all those national ones.
The partners carried out this task with the aim of analyzing the needs and challenges related to innovation in SMEs to identify relevant changes and specific characteristics of each national context and at European level.
Each partner developed a national report gathering information about the current country situation in terms of general economic and social indicators, number of SMEs and microenterprises, evolution in the past years, investment in innovation by sector; as well as a description of main SMEs networks in the country and main new technologies used in SMEs. Each report includes a desk research and interviews with questionnaires to SMEs representatives.
Romanian Partner SMRDA developed the synthesis report at the European level gathering together all the information reported by the partners in national reports. The Synthesis has been designed in English and it is being translated into national languages of the partners.
The activities of the following months will be mainly focused on translation, adaptation and testing of the training package of INMA – Innovation Management Agent in SMEs profile. In particular:
- Translation of contents to national language
- Revise, update and adjust contents according to their national contexts
- Review and update of the training platform and virtual community
- Inclusion of training contents in the training platform.
In addition, throughout the month of July, various dissemination events will be organized in all countries to disseminate information gathered for the reports and know, first-hand, the opinion of enterprises regarding the findings, conclussions and “Innovation Agent” professional profile.
A total of 80 people will participate in those planned events.
