Participation in SICTED program course for managers, consultants and trainers. (Madrid, 24 to 28 June 2013)
The SICTED (Integral System Of Quality Tourism in Destinations) is a project to improve the quality of tourism destinations promoted by the Tourism Institute of Spain (TURESPAÑA) and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP).
The SICTE Destinations is based on a comprehensive destination awareness and identification of stakeholders’ common goals. The system pursues a consistent level of quality in the services offered to tourists within a destination, so that no substantial quality deficiencies are appreciated between different products in offer destination and the perception and satisfaction of the clients have no negative conditioning.
Javier Farto, President of Documenta, has participated in such action obtaining the accreditation to perform the duties of manager, consultant, trainer and / or assessor SICTED program.
