Approved by Turkish National Agency, INMA project has as main aim the transference of the Innovation Management Agent profile and its training package to new European countries as Turkey, Portugal, Italy and Romania.
The Innovation Management Agent is a professional profile which was defined by DOCUMENTA and tested through a previous Leonardo da Vinci project. Its main aim is to contribute to foster competitiveness in small and medium size enterprises through innovation, apart from contributing to labour insertion of women in a sector in which they are underrepresented.
With this new project, partners participating will have the opportunity to know in detail the Innovation Management Agent profile and its training package, translating it to their own languages and testing it by training 15 people (preferably women) who will have the possibility of internship for a month either in their own country or in any of the countries from the partners of the project.
First transnational working meeting, together with the transference workshop, has taken place in Santander las November 26th and 27th; and it involved DOCUMENTA as host and responsible of the workshop, Instituto de Soldadura e Qualidade (Portugal), ERIFO Vocational Educational Training (Italy) and Agentia Pentru Dezvoltare Regionalasud-Muntenia (Romania).
From now on and during the next months, the partners will work on a report on the situation of SMEs and innovation in each country, apart from getting acquainted with the Innovation Management profile to be transferred.
Next transnational working meeting will be in Portugal, may 2016, and in that one we will count with representatives from both Cankiri Karatekin Universiti and Cankiri Civil Society Association, the two entities from Turkey that are also participating in the project, first one as coordinator and second one as partner organization.
