During the meeting, the Xenios Zeus online platform was defined to facilitate networking among entrepreneurs, academic institutions and job seekers in the sector.
DOCUMENTA participated in the transnational meeting of the EPHT project held in Padua (Italy) on 12-13 March. The meeting was also attended by organizations from Italy, Greece, Cyprus, Finland and Spain.
EPHT project is aimed at facilitating networking among entrepreneurs of the sector, tourism training institutions, and students and job seekers, both to improve training and skills acquisition, as well as to facilitate business practices and subsequent hiring.
At the Padua meeting, in addition to validating the previously developed products (needs analysis, identification of International Best Practices, validation of the Operative Manual of the System), the project partners are mainly focused on the definition of the online Platform Xenios Zeus, through which the defined collaboration system can be launched and the planned activities will be channeled, the system of internships in companies, the selection of jobseekers, the collaboration between companies and training institutions, etc.
The technological partner of the project (GRUPPO 4, from Italy) will develop the platform that will be presented in the different partner countries as of June 2018, in different national events of diffusion on a national scale.
