The European project CReBUS (creating business) is about to finish and for this reason its final conference has been held. The event took place in the University of Bucharest (Romania) on the 8th and 9th October 2012.
They were two intense days of conference that counted with the participation of more than 40 people coming from CReBUS partner organizations as well as external experts invited coming from different European countries, namely: Italy, Spain, Romania Holland, Latvia, Estonia, Portugal, Austria, Cyprus and Slovakia . It is worth to mention the attendance of the Vice-Rector of the University of Bucharest as well as other important representatives from other universities as Latvia University, West University of Timisoara (Romania) and Nitra (Slovakia).
During the conference, it has been shown a lot of initiatives related to entrepreneurship and how to include entrepreneurial culture within the educative systems as universities and VET centres. In addition, three working sessions were held:
Can entrepreneurship be taught? How can be involved the business practitioners in teaching?
How can be taught the entrepreneurship in higher education? Differentiated methods for business and non- business studies.
Using the online environment for teaching entrepreneurship. Examples of best practices.
These working sessions generated interesting discussions among participants who valued the event as very positive, they highlighted it was very enriching and they suggested to organize more conferences like this in the future.
