The Leonardo Pilot Project "Innovation Agent" will create a Network of Agents which, after a first training and knowledge acquisition stage, will enable its beneficiaries to accompany enterprises and organizations in the implementation of innovative models of enterprise management.

Together with the Studies on "New Technologies in SMEs", "Innovation and HHRR" and "Women and New Technologies", the definition of the "Innovation Agent" profile is addressed to the training of creative professionals that promote constant innovation in enterprises.

These professionals will form the "Innovation Agents Network" working team whose priority is to promote positive synergies that contribute to offer a better service to enterprises and organizations.
