The
reliance placed by numerous local, national and international entities
in our know-how and working capacity, allowed us -always from a
net working, social participation and engagement with the territory
point of view- to work on different sectoral studies and strategic
plans at local and regional level; to be pioneer in the fields defined
as
New Sources of Employment
(NSE) by the Euopean Union (NSEC project, Innovative Actions Art.
10 ERDF), and also in the design and practical experimentation on
structures of intermeiation as the "Proximity
Services Centre",
or New
Financial Tools
as the Quality Cheque/Voucher. We have coordinated and
contributed to the consolidation of reference events such as the
three annual editions of the Employment Week in Cantabria, or the
School of Social Economy of Cantabria.
In some cases as promoters, in other cases as active partners, the
acquired experience in the design and management of numerous European
projects approved through different European initiatives (Youthstart,
Adapt, Prince, Preparatory Measures for a Local Commitment for Employment,
Training and Support Services for SMEs, Leonardo Da Vinci, eQual,
Interreg, Innovative Measures under Article 6 of the ESF Regulation,
etc...) support our know-how in everything related to euro-management:
design and submission of projects; coordination and financial justification;
monitoring and evaluation; training; etc...
The
design and implementation of a complete itinerary of training/employment
has allowed us to deploy a wide range of activities which cover
from the analysis of training needs in territories, sectors of activities
and/or entities, to the design and teaching of both classroom and
distance learning, both for unemployed and employed; from the introduction
and use of innovative training methodologies in Cantabria or the
set in motion of advice services to entrepreneurs, to the evaluation
of diverse actions, projects and programmes.
We have brought our experience to cooperation projects within different
countries.
