Aim: To provide basic and required skills for the design, preparation, presentation and evaluation of pilot projects that ease technical staff and organizationns in our region, the efficacy access to European funds.

Start date: July the 1st, 2006
Target public: Training is addressed to technical staff whose work or interests are, sirectly or indirectly linked to the European Union. However, and due to the issues to deal with, attendance will be prioritized for technical staff from the European Information Points in Cantabria and those people who have attended any of the Euro-management courses taught in previous years.
Methodology: Blended Learning: Non-attendance (176 hours) - Attendance (24 hours – 6 sessions). Continuous technical guidance throughout the training process by e-mail and virtual forum.
