Way
is done by walking and alter the strategic definition of DOCUMENTA,
we advance with secure steps through the new lines of thought and
action, either by keeping our services on applied social research,
training / employment and foster of enterprising culture, either by
participating as active partners in new projects that suppose new
challenges.
- From eQual Initiative –fighting
discrimination and inequality in the field of employment- working
in different sectors such as environmental, cultural or proximity
services for reconciliation of work and private life.
Project “Creating
Employment through the Environment” (G.E.M.A.)
Project “Cultur@civitas”
Project “Reconciliate and Preserve” (CONSAR)
- In the framework of Innovative Measures under article 6 of the
ESF regulation we actively collaborate in “A
net-working strategy for the creation of territorial networks
and social capital” (ELECAN).
- The Project “e-Learning
for e-Inclusion” allows us to contribute in the research
of existing (desaparece el the) relationship between social exclusion
and NTIC and to work in softening actual technological gap for
people facing difficulties of social inclusion.
- The call “Preparatory Measures for a Local
Commitment for Employment” allows us to face the challenge
of micro-finance for local development by participating in the
project “Financial Engineering”.
- Through INTERREG Initiative we
give first steps to promote “European Network of Virtual Info-Seedbeds”
and to create the “Bays’ Way”.
- Within LEONARDO DA VINCI programme
we promote a pilot Project for the design, definition, creation
and test of a new professional profile called “Innovation
Agent” which will foster business innovation and the incorporation
of women to employment in the new technologies sector.
We also want to be a reference on training, based in quality and net-working,
by introducing new training methodologies:
- Simulation of Enterprises with Educative Purposes (SEFED)
- Services of Advice and Monitoring to Entrepreneurs (SACE)
- Professional Guidance to unemployed people in situation of difficult
insertion: Employment Club
